SUSHI SUZUKI is perfect for social dates, those novice to the cuisine or connoisseurs to the art – enjoy the sushi for all it has to offer.

Located at New Street of Metuchen, SUSHI SUZUKI serves hearty portions of simple, delicious Japanese food.

Its new chef owner, Dee-san, completed his culinary research in Japan and spent several years as a sushi chef in Manhattan. He has assembled a menu full of contemporary interpretations of Japanese classics.

Diners can enjoy a stimulating choice of traditional and hybrid Japanese dishes including plenty of options for soup, salad, appetizers, sushi & sashimi ala carte, rolls and fantastic entrees from both the kitchen and sushi bar. Lunch Specials are served at amazing value and unbeatable prices.

It’s hard to describe exquisite sushi without using the word ‘fresh’, especially here, where the seafood is air-shipped from Tokyo’s Tsukiji market. The menu also consists of 17 creative and personalized chef special sushi rolls. The Suzuki, Dynamite and Pink Lady Rolls are highly recommended.

The restaurant does not yet have its liquor license, so please bring your own and the servers will take care of it free of any corkage fee.

SUSHI SUZUKI will ultimately prevail as a crowd-pleasing bargain eatery.
